Conference Room Booking

Please fill out the following form in order to use the conference rooms. Please submit any requests 72 hours in advance of the expected date of use. Forms that are received within the 72-hour window will be reviewed, but reservation cannot be guaranteed. All requests are granted at the discretion of the PWE Program Team. Use of conference rooms will be revoked if the following occurs: (1) trash is left in the room after use, (2) conference room furniture is damaged/broken, (3) conference room is still in use after requested time, (4) failure to show up for the reserved time. CANCELLATION: Please notify the Program Team immediately if you need to cancel a reservation. For additional questions, email entrepreneurship@wharton.upenn.edu
