Venture Lab's Food Innovation Lab in Tangen Hall is a new test kitchen facility for Penn student entrepreneurs to experiment and create ventures focused on food innovation. In Fall 2021, Venture Lab recruited a small cohort of Penn student entrepreneurs to run a semester-long pilot in the space. Cohort members received access to work in the kitchen, ServSafe certification training, and developed their signature recipes.
The Studios @ Venture Labs are a collection of workspaces and labs that house digital and analog fabrication technologies that empower the Penn community to make their ideas a reality. Makerspace on G/F specifically, is home to the Integrated Product Design courses, where students turn their brainchild into actual products and market these products to the wider Penn community.
The Startup Challenge is a competition for Penn student-founded new ventures. The very best Penn student entrepreneurs pitch to a live audience and alumni judges to show their startups are ready to become the next big thing!

I'm currently the Associate Director of Communications for Venture Lab, the newest entrepreneurship center at the University of Pennsylvania, and the Program Director for the Digital Design Studio and Digital Media Lab. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Television/Video Production and a Master of Science in Education from Robert Morris University.
