Snider Consulting is now hiring first year Wharton MBAs as new consultants for Fall 2021.

Snider Consulting’s Growth and Business Building programs are selective, rigorous consulting programs that offer the best opportunity on campus for developing your consulting skillset while making an impact on business and startup clients.  In this program of MBA and undergraduate consultants, teams of consultants participate in projects that support start-up and established business clients.

Teams are supported by a 2nd year MBA or senior undergraduate Engagement Manager and the program is overseen by a professional consultant.
Consultants participate in structured training sessions, including one training each semester developed and hosted by BCG Philadelphia.

Are you interested in gaining, enhancing, or using your consulting skills?

Snider Consulting teams work with exciting entrepreneurial businesses under the guidance of senior professionals. Project teams consist of MBAs and undergrads, and they gather data and perform analyses to help business owners and their teams make informed strategic decisions. Starting with a required training session for new MBAs, Snider Consulting’s semester-long engagements involve project planning, client feedback, and a final presentation.
